- - Smoking is not allowed within the home, please feel free to smoke in the backyard.
- - Drugs of any kind are not allowed
- - All bedrooms are private, kindly remember to knock before entering any room or bathroom.
- - Please do not take anything that doesn't belong to you without asking first.
- - If there is something you do not know how to use, please feel free to ask, its better to ask questions then potentially breaking something in the interim
- - Please keep noise volume level reasonably low after 9pm

- - Shoes are NOT to be worn in the house
- - Wet shoes should be placed on the black mat to dry.
