2 comfortable rooms

Two rooms are rented independently, each one with its own cost, they are located in a valley near the north, commercial and financial center of the city of Quito, the public transport service passes approximately 12 meters away. The rooms offered have a double bed, one with a wooden close and the second with curtains, a private bathroom, includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi and hot water in the bathroom, one is on the top floor with a window to the street, the second is on the ground floor, with a window to the interior of the house, they also have a basic kitchen area in case the guest wants to cook. The kitchen is shared between two guests. No food service or cleaning of the rooms and areas used within the rental value is provided.
