"Hi! I'm Annett and I'm looking forward to welcoming you to El Médano. I love living here on the coast, I enjoy swimming in my free time, and I spend a lot of time exploring the beautiful nature of Tenerife. I share my cozy apartment with my three affectionate cats – so you should definitely be an animal lover and not have a cat allergy! Since I live very centrally, I know the place like the back of my hand and I'm happy to give you the best tips for restaurants, shopping, or the most beautiful spots on the beach. - My House Rules – For a Harmonious Coexistence
- Since we share the apartment, a relaxed yet respectful atmosphere is very important to me. Please observe the following points:
- • Cat safety comes first: My three cats live here. Please ensure that the apartment door and windows are always securely closed to prevent any cats from escaping.
- • Quiet Hours & Working from Home: I work from home in rotating shifts – sometimes late into the evening until midnight or 2:00 a.m. Therefore, a quiet atmosphere during working hours is important to me. Since we are in Spain, it's naturally lively later in the evening, but after midnight, quiet hours should be observed in the apartment so that everyone can sleep well.
- • Visitors by arrangement: Would you like to bring someone over? No problem, but please discuss it with me beforehand so that we can respect my privacy and the safety of the cats. Unannounced visits are not permitted.
- • Smoking in moderation: If you'd like to smoke a cigarette now and then, that's perfectly fine. However, it should be kept within reasonable limits, and the apartment shouldn't be filled with smoke.
- • Cleanliness & tidiness: I place great importance on cleanliness. Please always leave the common areas (kitchen, bathroom) clean and tidy after use so that everyone feels comfortable.
