Situated 32 Km south of Colombo which can be reached in 1.06 hours and 62 Km from Colombo International Airport which takes about 1 hour 35 minutes. A cosy three bed roomed house with attached bathrooms on each bed room on 3 floors. A roof top terrace with 360 d views to relax and unwind. A fully equipped kitchen - Hob, Fridge, Microwave and electric oven, toaster, Kettle. Secure CCTV in operation around the outside of the house. 250 m to the beach Access to swimming pools within 150 m 5, 4, 3 star Hotels within 10 minutes walk.
