It has good lighting and natural ventilation, with a garden where you can sunbathe or relax, with a view to the commercial 3rd street. The property has three rooms with air conditioning, private bathroom with hot / cold water, TV, telephone, mini bar, a beautiful and comfortable bed. In addition, it has a spacious living room, dining room and parking. We offer laundry, transport and massage services and the specialty of the house is the cocktail service. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families with children. Very close to the house there are hotels, shops and cafés, restaurants, nightclubs and bars, supermarkets, hospitals, scuba-diving club, theaters, car rental office and many more.
