• We want our guests to feel at home, enjoying a family-friendly, peaceful, and respectful atmosphere. The price includes Wi-Fi, electricity, and water, with no additional charges for these services. Meals are optional and must be paid for separately, by prior arrangement. To ensure a pleasant stay, we ask that you keep in mind the following basic rules:
• • **Respect and coexistence:** Please respect other family members, guests, and their privacy, maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
• • **Rest:** Please avoid making excessive noise, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• • **Cleanliness and tidiness:** Please keep the rooms, shared bathrooms, and common areas clean and tidy.
• • **Kitchen:** Guests may use the kitchen, respecting the rules of hygiene, cleanliness, and organization of shared spaces.
• • **Meals:** We offer breakfast, half-board, and full-board as optional extras, at an additional cost agreed upon in advance.
• • **Pool and garden:** These can be used respecting the schedules, safety rules, and the peace and quiet of others.
• • **Tobacco:** Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Smoking is allowed in designated outdoor areas.
• • **Visitors:** Visits from people not staying at the property must be requested and authorized in advance. Parties or gatherings that disrupt the peace and quiet are not permitted.
• • **Security:** Please close doors and entrances upon leaving, take care of the facilities, and use water and electricity responsibly.
• • **Communication:** We appreciate you communicating any needs, questions, or issues so we can address them.
• We respect the independence and privacy of each guest and, at the same time, we love sharing conversations, experiences, and moments of togetherness with those who wish to participate.
