Artist Résidence in St Ives

• It is a calm, shared home. Please treat the house, your room, and all shared spaces with care and respect. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please avoid noise that may disturb others, including loud music or calls.
• Rooms are for rest only. Sleeping, reading, and quiet personal time. They are not to be used as workspaces or for hosting visitors unless agreed in advance.
• Only confirmed guests are allowed in the house. No additional visitors or overnight guests without prior permission.
• Shared spaces must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please wash up and clear surfaces after use, and do not leave personal belongings in communal areas.
• Kitchen use is for light use only unless otherwise agreed. Everything must be cleaned immediately after use.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the house.
• Parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed beforehand.
• If house rules are not respected, I reserve the right to end the stay.
• It's about simplicity, respect, and a shared sense of home.

Length of stay

• Minimum stay: 30 nights.
• Maximum stay: 180 nights.
