The room is bright and quiet, suitable for a comfortable stay just a few minutes from the bus stop and the train station that takes us to the historic center of Venice. The kitchen is available for preparing your breakfast in the morning. It is not possible to have dinner or lunch. The city of Venice tourist tax must be paid at check-in in cash or bank. Self check-in is available from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Check-out is by 10:00. More information: Our apartment is located in Mestre, close to the train station and the bus stop. You can reach Venice in 15 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by train. capacity: 6 people Rates are comprehensive of costs (gas, electricity, water, final cleaning), and: • Assistance on arrival and during your stay • Key to the structure of your maximum comfort and privacy. • Luggage deposit facilities for the last day. • Bed / bath linen. 50% of the total amount is required to deposit to book, by · Bank deposit · PayPal No credit card, No TV. - Smoking is not allowed inside the house. It is not allowed to organize parties or gatherings at home. Keys must be handed over before check out. In case of loss of keys, guests must pay €. 20.00 for damages caused. It is important to avoid wasting energy by turning off lights, water taps and air conditioning every time you leave the apartment. The common areas of the house must always be kept tidy and clean.
