Boutique B&B with great views near Pergola, PU Casale Margherita is a recently renovated 200 year old stone farmhouse offering comfortable accommodation with spectacular views and rooms with en-suite or privately-shared bathroom facilities. Guests can enjoy the views over mountains and valleys from the terrace or garden or go hiking or mountain biking over the white gravel roads into the hills and mountains right from the doorstep. A full continental breakfast is provided with home made bread and jams, fruits, yoghurt, cereals and more. Lunch and dinner is available by arrangement. Free use of Wi-Fi, hair dryer and ironing board (and (paid) laundry service upon request). Free Parking. Casale Margherita’s renovation was kept in the style of traditional farmers’ buildings with the walls showing (both indoor and outdoor) the old and original local sandstone and lime mortar. Water is provided from a local (gravity-fed) well while eco-friendly wood pellets generate heating and hot water. The farm was last habited in 2006 with the animals and wine making facilities on the ground floor while the (three!) families lived upstairs, as was usual in Le Marche. Now Casale Margherita has the cowshed transferred into a large kitchen that can seat numerous guests.
