The city center of Ho Chi Minh City is only 2 km away. The room is designed in a unique blend of classic and modern style under the “Blue & Jazz” concept. It is calm, comfortable, and filled with natural light. All shelves and many decorative details are handcrafted by the host, giving the space personality and warmth. The third-floor option offers a completely private level including: • Private bedroom (30m²) • Private kitchen • Spacious rooftop garden with plants • Open-style bathroom • Washing machine inside the room • Balcony for drying clothes Guests have their own key and flexible access time, ensuring full privacy and independence. We are a small Vietnamese family (husband, wife, and one son). I work in garment production at home. We respect guests’ privacy while being available if support is needed. Blue & Jazz is ideal for respectful travelers who appreciate a peaceful atmosphere and local culture. It is not suitable for parties or noisy groups.
