- This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside the house.
- I have two friendly cats who live in the house. Please take care of them and make sure they do not escape when opening doors or gates. Guests should be comfortable living with cats.
- Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and other shared areas, following the house guidelines. Please let me know in advance if you are going to have visitors or if your plans change.
- English is welcome at home! I would be happy to communicate in English and help my guest practice Portuguese.
