My home is a bright, light-filled house in La Selva Beach, located 1 mile from Manresa State Beach. We have private beach access, a hot tub and outdoor shower here, and a large dog and two cats who always appreciate attention. I have between one and two rooms available at any time - each has a loft and can sleep two to four people.

- Each room has a loft, which provides extra sleeping space. It's important to note that these require mobility to access and may not be for everyone.
- The number of rooms available depends on whether my kids (ages 17 & 22 are home; you will share a bathroom with them if so.
- In general, this is a very quiet neighborhood - it's important to be quiet in outside spaces after 10 pm.
