Bright, Cozy Room in a Shared Apt.

Welcome! I’m excited to host travelers in my bright, comfortable room in a shared apartment with two guests rooms. I have a specious spare double bedroom with A/C in an 80m2 apartment with a separate shared bathroom for guests. There is a light breakfast available every day, together with coffee and limitless tea. The apartment is just 11 minutes by bus to the city center and 30 minutes to the airport, making it a convenient base whether you’re exploring the city or passing through. Street parking is available for those with a car. The apartment is for a maximum 3+1 people and has an elevator. There kitchen is equipped with all the amenities, and there is a washing machine, two wash racks and an iron with an ironing board available to all guests. The apartment is in a mixed residential neighborhood that’s lively and full of character, with a bar within walking distance – perfect for those who enjoy the buzz of urban life. You’ll have a shared space with daily cleaning, and we ask guests to tidy up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom so everyone can enjoy a comfortable stay. It is possible to book by paying 1/2 over PayPal in advance - if worried, PayPal has payment protection. The other half can be paid in Paypal or cash at the time of check-in. This is to make sure the room does not receive last-minute cancellations. In the case of a cancellation, the 1/2 cannot be returned if the cancellation is more than 1 month before arrival time. A bit about me: I was previously a super host on Airbnb and have a 4.66 rating as a host, based on 100+ completed stays over the years. I started hosting in 2014 when I was living in Barcelona and am an experienced host. I’ve traveled to 20 countries and lived in 4, and I speak English, German, some Spanish, French, and Slovenian. I recently completed a graduate degree in Canada. I love meeting new people, going to meetups, and sharing experiences from around the world.
