Welcome to My Home Please ensure your profile includes a photo and some information about yourself when making an enquiry. I'm friendly, easygoing and enjoy welcoming guests into my home. I work full-time at Griffith University on the Gold Coast and offer a relaxed, comfortable and welcoming environment. My home is located in a lovely, quiet and safe neighbourhood, approximately 2.5 km from the heart of Surfers Paradise via Chevron Island. It's conveniently located close to HOTA, shopping centres, public transport, cafes and restaurants. You'll enjoy a comfortable, fully furnished private bedroom with access to the main bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen and laundry facilities. There's also a spacious, newly renovated undercover outdoor area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal. Only one homestay guest is accommodated at a time, ensuring a peaceful environment with plenty of privacy and personal space. I'm respectful of your independence and privacy but always happy to offer local tips, recommendations or assistance when needed. Your stay includes: Electricity, water and unlimited Wi-Fi Use of kitchen and laundry facilities Bed linen and towels Undercover off-street parking for one vehicle Access to the outdoor entertaining area I look forward to welcoming you into my home and making your stay on the Gold Coast an enjoyable one!
