Charming Design Home near Valencia

Welcome to my charming, architecturally renovated home in Xirivella, right next to Valencia! My house combines traditional Spanish architecture with contemporary design. Its renovation received an architectural award, and it features beautiful open spaces, exposed brick walls, a lovely garden and a peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal for exploring Valencia. You can reach the city in just 10 minutes by bike and the city centre in approximately 20 minutes. There are also convenient bus connections, making it easy to get around without a car. I offer a cosy private bedroom with a separate dressing room and a private bathroom. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spacious shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor areas. I am a friendly, independent professional working in public health. I enjoy cycling, swimming, music, travelling and meeting people from different cultures. I speak Spanish and am currently improving my English, so I would particularly enjoy welcoming international guests who speak English and appreciate occasional conversations and cultural exchange. I respect everyone's privacy and independence, but I also enjoy sharing a coffee, a meal or a friendly chat. My home is particularly suitable for visiting researchers, international students and professionals looking for a comfortable, peaceful and welcoming place to stay while discovering Valencia.
