Charming room in a house

Our house is located north of Tours on a 1200m² enclosed and wooded property, less than 10 minutes from a tram stop... the historic city center is less than 15 minutes away. The location is ideal for exploring not only Tours, the cradle of the Loire Valley, but also the historic châteaux (Chambord, Chenonceau, Amboise, Villandry, etc.) and the renowned vineyards (Chinon, Bourgueil, Montlouis, Vouvray). We rent two bedrooms, both air-conditioned, sharing a bathroom, on the upper floor of our house. The first bedroom (Grande Chambre de Charme) is 17m² and has a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. The second bedroom (Chambre Coquette) is 13m² and also has a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. Upstairs there is also a bathroom which is accessible to you and is shared between the two bedrooms. As we only live on the ground floor of the house, the entire upstairs is yours! Wi-Fi is, of course, freely accessible. We are a couple in our fifties and live with our two Yorkshire Terriers. Liat is Irish but speaks French (and Italian!) and Vincent is French but speaks English. The ground floor consists of a large open-plan living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and a kitchen (not to mention our bedroom and bathroom). The living room opens onto the terrace and our large garden. We are an active couple and love to travel and meet new people and experience different cultures.
