- I want you to have a comfortable and peaceful stay and feel at home. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone and to preserve the apartment, I kindly ask for your cooperation with the guidelines below:
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony only.
- Visitors: For security reasons and due to condominium rules, visitors are not allowed during your stay.
- Trash: Before check-out, please take the trash out of the room.
- Air conditioning and lights: Whenever you leave the apartment, please turn off the air conditioning and lights. In addition to helping preserve the environment, this avoids waste.
- Kitchen: The kitchen is compact and available for preparing light meals, snacks, and coffee.
- Washing machine: Available upon request. As it works with a transformer, I will be happy to set it up for you when you need it.Upon returning from the beach: To keep the building's common areas clean, please wash your feet in the shower available at the reception before entering the building, avoiding bringing sand into the common areas.
- Household utensils: To ensure everything is always available for all guests, please leave utensils, towels, and other apartment items on the property and do not take them to the beach or outside the building.
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
- For stays longer than 30 days, the cost of gas and electricity is included in the stay up to R$100/month, and any excess is paid by the guest.
- Please respect the local quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM.
