I live 20 minutes from the capital with my husband and daughter, the neighborhood is quiet close to a large park where you can play sports, and swimming pool, is close to several tourist destinations, with my husband conducted tour of several cities in Ecuador. The house allows multiple separate bedrooms, hot water, cooking a large grill area is safe and quiet.
