RICHARD'S HOUSE. FEATURES SOLAR ENERGY. 24-hour electricity. This colonial house, built in 1910 and recently remodeled in 2011, maintains its original structure inside and out. Located in the city of Remedios, it is very close to the city center yet somewhat removed from pedestrian and vehicular traffic. It is just 20 meters from the historic district and the history museum, and only 50 meters from the city center where you can enjoy its museums and recreational centers. It is also only 45 minutes from the beaches of Santa María, Las Brujas, Perla Blanca, and Las Gaviotas, located in our northern keys. I rent 3 very comfortable and private rooms: the first accommodates 3 people, the second accommodates 3 adults and 1 child, and the third accommodates 3 people. Each room has air conditioning, a fan, a refrigerator, and a safe.Private bathrooms include a hairdryer, towels, linens, and hot and cold water 24 hours a day. Electricity is available in 110 and 220 volts. These rooms face the terrace and feature large windows overlooking the garden in a natural and tranquil setting. Breakfast and dinner are served here. Room rates are for one or two people only. We also offer laundry service, taxi service, parking, dance classes, and language classes, all upon request. And of course, we serve delicious Cuban mojitos and other cocktails. Our main dishes are mostly seafood, given our proximity to the northern coast of Cuba, home to beautiful beaches.
