Comfortable Rooms with use of home

We are looking for month to month rental or less, because our home is for sale. If sold it’s usually at least 2 months before the new owners move in. That way we can give you several weeks to find another accommodation. If someone wants to see the house we’ll ask you to clean up your room, and vacate it for an hour or two that day, leaving your door open so the potential buyer can see your room. This hadn’t been a problem for anyone so far. Non smokers only please. We have three clean dry bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and a window. There's one large queen master bedroom with a small full ensuite, and 2 medium size single bedrooms all on the main floor. The home is a Bungalow Townhouse in Hunt Club area of Ottawa, 8 minutes drive from the airport, bus stops right here. This has been our home for 10 years and it will be your home while you are here. Please respect our property and other guests. We recycle and we make it easy for you to recycle. There’s Wifi and air conditioning. Nice garden patio. Use of kitchen. Full bathroom shared with one other renter. Private ensuite bathroom in the Master bedroom. You are responsible for keeping your room, bathroom and hallway, laundry room, fridge and kitchen areas clean. The garbage needs to go out once a week Tuesday night for Wednesday mornings, unless there was a holiday, then it’s taken out the next day. Leave these areas clean for the next person. The home is professionally cleaned every two weeks. Parking, if needed, can be an issue. You can park on Uplands for free at night but there is a 3 hour limit during the day and in the winter if there is a snow storm you have to find a place to put your car. You can leave it in the Walmart parking lot at South Keys. A bus stop is right in front of our complex. We can not take other animals.
