"I rent 2 rooms in a shared vintage-style apartment (115 m²), cozy, warm, and full of light. Located in Escandon, just 2 Blocks from famous Condesa, with convenient access to the metro and public transport. The apartment is on the 2nd floor — the top and highest floor of the building. I have set up automatic calendar sync between my hosting platforms — however, please be aware that this does not always work at 100%. I will therefore manually double-check each booking inquiry to confirm availability! Also please note I just put up to 14 days max, because that at the moment is the most likely available slot — feel free to ask for further availability. Ideal for shorter to medium stays for those seeking comfort, space, privacy, and a good atmosphere. The apartment is located in a lively, well-populated urban neighborhood. As with most areas in Mexico City, occasional noise from the street or neighboring buildings may occur — this is part of the authentic city experience and beyond the host's control. Also feel free to ask for references of myself since I have hosted many years before detecting this beautiful site. Returning guests are always welcome with a simple message.
- Calendar & Availability
- Please note that availability may shift quickly. I recommend messaging me before booking to confirm the latest availability. I usually respond within an hour.
- Booking & Payment Notes
- Payment process is divided into two independent steps here:
- 1. You pay homestay for matchmaking and contact details only, because for Mexico there is no implementation yet to handle host payments at all within same platform.
- 2. You have to finish your booking by settling host payment within first 3 days after reservation request, so please reach out to your host to discuss preferred payment options considering possible commissions and rates that depend on your preferred payment provider.
- Please make sure any payment is fully settled before keys are handed out. If a bank transfer is delayed for any reason, cash on arrival (MXN only) is always a welcome alternative.
- I want also to state, that as a general policy I am happy to refund complete amount minus transaction costs in case your travel plans change up to 1 day before arrival, no questions asked!
- I had good and smooth experience with Wise.com or can setup Paypal, Stripe adding their transfer fees as well as current change fees and commissions once a booking is confirmed and I know your preferred currency etc.
