Hello my name is Michael, welcome to our West Vancouver home We are a 2 person family, son and mother living in the house, located 5 minute walk from Park Royal, convenient for Transit users and mall shopping. We have a TV (no cable) in the family room. Parking is anywhere along the road beside my house. It's a very safe, quiet neighborhood and away from main streets.
