I live in a 2-bedroom house in a security complex. There are 2 bedrooms of which one is available for guests and the other for the host. The guest bedroom has a key to lock the door, one double bed, a wardrobe with shelf-space, a bar fridge and hanging space with 10 hangers, extra blankets, a bath mat and towels, a separate work-station and a ceiling fan. The shared bathroom has a bath and a shower (a key to lock the door), the shared lounge has playing cards, puzzles, a TV (Netflix & YouTube), and braai facilities. The shared kitchen is large and spacious where you are free to prepare your meals and cleaning materials are provided for you to clean up after yourself. The porch is also a shared space where you can enjoy a morning cuppa or sundowners.
