We live in a very peaceful and family-oriented environment. My husband is a doctor, and I also work in the healthcare field, so we value order, respect, and a good relationship. The house is comfortable, safe, and located in an area with easy access to public transportation, supermarkets, and other services. The room we offer is private, well-ventilated, and furnished with everything you need to make you feel at home from day one. It includes all utilities: water, electricity, high-speed internet, and you also have access to common areas such as the kitchen, dining room, and laundry area. We're also open to discussing your needs to ensure a pleasant experience for both parties. If you're coming from abroad or are in Costa Rica for work or study, we think this space could be ideal for you. We love the idea of sharing with people who also value the harmony of home.
