Hi, I’m a single woman in my 40s. I am doing part time work and postgrad studies. Welcome to my cosy 4‑bedroom villa in Melbourne!. I have 3 spare bedrooms. Upstairs, there are a twin-single bedroom that can fit 2 people, and a single bedroom for 1 person. Downstairs, there is a queenbed bedroom. There is one bathroom and toilet on each floor. The kitchen, living and laundry are downstairs. All rooms are bright and tidy. We offer clean linens and basic amenities. This place is perfect for families, groups, single student/ traveller seeking a relaxed home stay near the city area. Enjoy quiet suburban living with convenient access to local supermarkets, postoffice, library, coffee shops and public transport within 2-3 minutes walk away. The tram 57 line tramstop and a cafe is just outside the house. The city and queen victoria market are 15 minutes walk away or 5 mins tram ride to the city. The free tram zone is 5 tram stops away.
