- Pet Safety First: We have pets who love to explore. Please be extra mindful when opening or closing doors, and always ensure the main doors remain securely closed so they don't slip out.
- Building Security: Please be responsible with the building access keys/keys cards. Safety is a priority for us and our neighbors.
- Peaceful Environment: To keep our home a relaxing oasis, we appreciate keeping noise and music at a considerate volume, especially during evening hours.
- Shared Spaces: You are more than welcome to use the common areas! We just ask that we all do our part to keep them clean, tidy, and welcoming for everyone.
- To secure your dates for the World Cup, we request a 25% deposit via bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining 75% balance must be paid in cash (Mexican Pesos - MXN) upon your arrival at the apartment during check-in.
