Cozy room

I’m Simo, an American-Moroccan who owns and lives in this two-bedroom apartment. I live here by myself, and to make the most of the space when I’m in town, I enjoy renting out the spare room or, occasionally, the entire place. The apartment itself is cozy and fully equipped for comfortable living. It has two bedrooms, one living room, and comes with all the essentials: a private shower, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed internet, and AC/heat. My goal is to offer a clean, convenient, and welcoming space. I respect privacy and quiet, and I appreciate tenants who do the same. I'm happy to share recommendations for great local spots or just give you your space—whatever makes you feel most at home.
