Comfortable room in a cozy flat with balcony. Located in a safe area close to public transport. I live alone with my ginger cat in a quiet and cozy flat. It has heating, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, a very spacious balcony, and a shared rooftop terrace. Very close (10 minutes walking) to FIRA Gran Via Hospitalet. It’s very well connected by public transport (2 minutes away): 10 minutes to Plaza España (FIRA Montjuic) by metro and 17 minutes to the center of Barcelona. It’s 20 minutes from the airport and from Gavà beach (10 minutes by car). The environment is LGTBIQA+ friendly, and I’m a friendly, empathetic, and sociable person, although I also value my own space and privacy. I work as an online psychologist, and occasionally I have in-person sessions with clients at home. Depending on how long you’d stay or your schedule, we can talk about it so it’s not an inconvenience for you. I’d be happy to host you — feel free to write if you have any questions:)
