House rulesWe try to reserve a private bathroom for guests if possible as we have 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom as expected for a house of this quality. If not the facilities are checked regularly and kept safe. You will be expected to show evidence of a lateral flow test plus a copy of photo id before arrival.

- A kitchen and kitchenette is available to all guests to prepare light meals. It is a guest preference that the kitchen is not blocked by the preparation of elaborate meals especially those with strong smells or frying.
- Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay 50% of the booking total to us in advance of the booking to hold your room ( (this excludes the service fee paid direct to when you book)
- Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 10 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.”
