Very SELECTIVELY allotment done to ethical and cleanliness conscious persons in fully Furnished room. Boarders/occupants MUST STRICTLY NOT ENTERTAIN OUTSIDERS/VISITORS inside apartment. Check in /out between 9.30 AM & 9 PM. No loud music and partying. Guests are expected to return home before 9 PM. Guests may try their cooking skills preparing regional dishes at the en-suite kitchen on additional payment basis.
