Familia Gil Lemes es una hermosa casa colonial construida en la segunda mitad del siglo XIX. En 1925 fue adquirida por la familia Mauri y bajo el influjo del estilo ecléctico fue remodelada logrando mayor belleza y elegancia. La componen varios salones con falsos techos decorados. Los pavimentos y zócalos que aparecen en todas las habitaciones están conformados por mosaicos y azulejos de diferentes tipos y variedades formando magníficas combinaciones. Al final de la casa se encuentra un patio con un hermoso jardín y una fuente en su centro que presenta un conjunto escultórico en metal compuesto por delfines.
