• This property is managed by someone who is not engaged in this activity as a business, commercial transaction and/or profession.
• Next, these are the co-habitation rules:
• • Payment is made on the day of arrival in the local currency.
• • You will be charged in the local currency in case of causing any damage in the room or in the common area that you will occupy
• • Please make moderate and rational use of the furniture in the room, kitchen, and common areas.
• • When leaving the building, and the apartment, the doors must be locked (obviously safety & security are our concern). The two small exit and entrance doors of the building must always be double locked.
• • Make responsible use of the utilities. Therefore, be sure to leave the bathroom/kitchen water taps properly closed and turn off the lights if you are not using them.
• • Pets are only allowed if notified at the time of making your reservation.
• • Your bed sheets will be changed every (8) days, for this reason they will be given to you so that you can change & deliver back the ones you have already used.
• • It is not allowed to smoke inside the house, nor to use electronic cigarettes.

• We speak Spanish, Inglés and a little bit Dutch.

Length of stay

• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• Maximum stay: 365 nights.
