Welcome to Pham House! I am Vietnamese, having been living in Tokyo for nearly 13 years. I love traveling, cooking, enjoy sharing my home,my culture, also I enjoy learning new cultures. I am happy to share my experience about everything related to Japan such as school, job, travel, culture as well as Vietnamese if you are interested. Beside Vietnamese as my mother language, I can fluently speak Japanese as near native speaker, good English and Korean abit. My house is newly built, located in residental area, near-by supermarket, drug store, gym center, dentist, one-coin shop, 3-min-walk bus stop, etc.. ☆Utilities: 1 shared bathroom, 2 toilets ☆Number of guest rooms: 3 ROOM 1: 8m2, one single bed with desk and chair for study, closet. ROOM 2: 9m2, rooftop room with balcony, closet, big window, table, mattress ROOM 3: 12m2, double-size bed with set of table and 2 chairs ☆ Free bicycle rental during your stay ☆ You can use Washing machine once a week ☆My request to you ・You have good personality • For safety reasons, you are requested to show your ID for record. • Follow the rules of homestay.
