I am single guy living in a One-bedroom apartment i.e a living room kitchen and bedroom. My house is located on the South East of Nairobi along Kangudo road a 25 minutes(in case of no traffic) drive from the Central Business District or 20 minutes(incase of no traffic) drive from the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. My neighbourhood is quiet, enviromentally clean and safe at all times. My typical day starts with a workout at 6 Am as there is a field and gym nearby. Breakfast is at 8am and will normally consist of Kenyan style tea / coffee and bread with butter/sweet potato / bread with eggs /pancakes /ripe bananas/cereals with fresh milk or yoghurt. There is Porridge and a variety of fruits that could be taken as snack at around 11am. Mostly I go out for lunch but am flexible so I could prepare lunch at home as well. Dinner is normally at home at around 8pm and may consist of beef/chicken/pork/beans/liver/fish(prepared in different ways) with ugali/ rice/pasta.Berries, yoghurt are available as dessert. Cofffee and tea may be prepared as well at night. I have internet service at home and a desktop that one could use as well as a small study desk. There is a television and a music system that one could utilise at any time for entertainment. In the evening I can provide my guest with whiskey or local beers.You can have your cigarrate on the balcony of the apartment but personally I don't smoke.
