I live in a lovely house in Morden. We are near to lots of green spaces and a swimming pool. Access to buses and trains. Near to Morden Northern Line and Raynes Park Rail Station. Easy access to Waterloo and all the sites in London. I have a beautiful 12 year old black cockapoo dog called Ellie. She is fun and very well behaved. The single and double bedrooms and twin bedroom are newly decorated and furnished. The garden is pretty for relaxing in.

House rulesPlease keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house. If you use the garden please also check that the garden patio door is locked when you come in. Be mindful that I have a little dog when coming and going.

- Feel free to use the utility area to make tea/coffee but please clean up after!
- Please remove outside shoes in the house.
- Keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm and also if upstairs please no showers after this time as it disturbs everyone.
- Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
- Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!
