Close to everything, banks, pharmacies, shopping, markets, bakeries, cafeterias, hospitals, police station, club, cafe, post office, and varied across the Green Area, where hiking trail has weekly events and trade! Easy access to public transportation and taxi rank! The 30 km (20 minutes) from Santos beach and 30 minutes from downtown St. Paul! The house has internet, cable and phone! I'm single and I rent rooms for students, college FEI! The FEI is 5 mins walk from the house! ~
