The house is located in one of the best residential neighborhoods of Havana, about 15 minutes from the Historic Center by car, characterized by its completely quiet and different environment. It has a privileged proximity to the sea, which makes it a very attractive place. The accommodation has the advantage of being close to the 5th Avenue, one of the main arteries of the city, as well as the main Business Center of the city, hotels, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, the Ecological Park (main lung of the city ), theaters, etc. We have a horizontal property in which we live so we will always be available to offer advice to guests and also a light breakfast in the mornings. The apartment has a balcony available to Avenida 13, hall, living room, dining room, kitchen and two air-conditioned rooms (with air conditioning) with safe, TV, refrigerator and its independent bathrooms with hot and cold water in the showers. You can also enjoy a fixed telephone line with service 24 hours a day and daily cleaning except on Sundays. We have WiFi service about 150 meters from the apartment in a neighboring park, the Internet service can be accessed through prepaid cards.
