The room is very spacious and has a well maintained bathroom too which will be shared. The room is very private and lockable. I am a teaching assistant by profession and hold a DBS and first aid certificates. (under 18 are welcome ). Kitchen will be a shared space. I would like an easy going, friendly person who will fit in my family and home well. Someone who believes in cleanliness, knows how to use the facilities with care and is considerate of others around them. In return, you will be warmed welcomed by me and my family. House is situated opposite to the Italian Consulate. Bus stops close by with direct links to UWE Frenchay Campus (bus 19), park way train station and Bath Spa University.
