In Italiano: L'appartamento è composto da cinque stanze in totale, per un totale di 118 m², ed è situato in posizione centrale, vicino a tutto, fresco e accogliente. Metropolitana, autobus e treno pendolare sono a soli 7 minuti di distanza. Oltre alla camera da letto, avrà accesso a spazi comuni di circa 80 m². Oltre all'inglese, l'host (compositore di musica classica contemporanea) parla anche francese e italiano.

House rulesI would like to see some ID-details on my guest directly after confirmation of a booking. Only a guest (one) with great responsibility for order and cleanliness, may be my guest.
- I would like to see some ID-details on my guest directly after confirmation of a booking. Only a guest (one) with great responsibility for order and cleanliness, may be my guest.
- As to the APARTMENT KEYS provided to guest:
- After signing a document upon arrival the guest acknowledge receipt of a key with a specific ID number plus a metal key. By the guest´s signature he/she undertakes to store the keys so that they cannot fall into the hands of any unauthorized person. In case of loss of the keys the guest will have to be charged with 1500 SEK, which is the current cost of making new keys, unfortunately.
- As to guest's PAYMENT.
- I prefer being paid to my international IBAN-account number provided to the guest upon confirmation of stay. We may discuss more in detail when booking is being effectuated. I am definitely openminded for a smooth solution as to this.
