We live in a small house in Nice, on the hills at the start of the Grande Corniche, a little outside the city center but close to public transport (7-minute walk to the tram and 12-minute walk to the trains at Riquier station). The accommodation is a self-contained studio apartment with a fully equipped kitchenette and private shower room, all within 20 square meters. It's quiet, sunny, and offers stunning views. A second bed is available (for short stays only), on a very comfortable folding bed (slatted base). The garden terrace is also at your disposal. Ideal for students of the University of Saint-Jean-d'Angély (less than a 10-minute walk). We enjoy music and films and speak English and Italian.

- Guests are permitted to smoke OUTSIDE and are requested to dispose of their cigarette butts in the designated ashtrays. They may not receive other guests in the studio without our consent and are asked to respect the neighborhood and the premises as if they were in their own home, avoiding excessive electricity and water consumption. Use of the washing machine is permitted for stays of at least one week. Otherwise, there is a supplement of €7 per wash. Please take the trash out to the street regularly and do not leave it in the studio upon departure. Please also wash any dishes used. Housekeeping is not included in the price. Therefore, since I do not have a housekeeper, like in a hotel, a minimum of maintenance is required. This is also why I no longer accept pets.
- Following a recent very bad experience, for reservations of two weeks or more, a refundable deposit of €300 to €500 is required. Thank you for your understanding.
