Loft at La Punta

This is a private, spacious loft-style apartment that I rent out when I’m traveling. During your stay, the apartment is completely yours no shared spaces. The loft has an open layout with a kitchenette, private bathroom with hot water, a seating area, and a TV. The sleeping area is upstairs, just a few steps up, with a very comfortable king-size bed. The apartment is located one block from the beach. From the entrance of the property, you can see the surf and the waves clearly. The area is quiet and private, but everything is close and walkable. The nearest supermarket is about a 10-minute walk, and restaurants and cafés are nearby. It’s a comfortable, simple space, ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for privacy and a good location near the ocean.
