We live in one of the best cities to visit, Quito Ecuador. There is 3 of us, an adult and two older children. We love to know about other cultures and learn different languajes. We usually take time to make sure the guest is taken care of, tries local food and show them around. The room is a spare bedroom, that is very comfortable and with its own bathroom. I offer WIFI connection and breakfast. The guest also can use the rest of the home, such as a large kitchen for cooking and a terrace also.

House rulesSince we are a family with young children we will not permit overnight guests that are not previously signed up for the program. Although we do not have a curfew, we do ask that you tell us the aproximate time you will be arriving. If you choose to drink or use drugs, we do ask not to do it in the apartment or around it, and not to come in under the influence of those quemicals, you can stay away until you are able to do so. You will be given a set of keys to use, but you are not allowed to make copies of them for anyone. The laundry room is open from 8am till 10pm. If you use any of the amenities in the building (patio, bbq, kitchen, tv room etc...) you are going to be asked to pick up after yourself. If you want to have friends over, they have to be respectful and no bad words, actions or behaviors (such as drinking, smoking, insulting, yelling etc) will be allowed. They cannot stay longer than 8pm in the weekdays and
