- Payment Method: Please note that the guest is required to pay me in advance 50% of the booking total to hold the room (on top of the 15% service fee paid to ). Payment will be made through PayPal. The guest shall bear all the costs associated with the transfer of funds to the host account by adding the amount of 5% to the transferred sum.
- The balance will be paid in cash or through PayPal upon the arrival of the guest.
- Cancellation Policy: I ask my guests to give me at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. In another case, the refund for cancellation is 50% of the advance.
