In my homestay experience, you'll be welcomed into a warm, authentic Italian-family home featuring two spacious, fully furnished apartments, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy. The main apartment, where I live, offers a cozy yet refined atmosphere with a living room, a workspace, three bathrooms, and five bedrooms accommodating up to eight guests. The second apartment, equally spacious, includes a fully equipped kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, and three comfortable bedrooms, which are perfect if you'd like extra independence during your stay. But what truly makes this experience special is the opportunity to immerse yourself in genuine Italian living. Each morning begins with a delicious homemade breakfast, already included in your stay. And for those who wish to dive deeper into our culinary traditions, I offer meals in my home restaurant, where every dish tells a story. Ingredients are carefully selected from local farmers' markets, bringing the freshest flavors of our land straight to your table. You'll savor iconic regional specialties, from aged cheeses like caciocavallo and traditional cured meats such as soppressata, to handmade fusilli prepared just as our grandmothers taught us. Beyond the table, my Homestay experience will invite you to explore the stunning Lucania. Whether you're an adventurer or simply curious, I will guide you through unforgettable experiences, including wine tastings that celebrate our local vineyards and trekking excursions in the breathtaking Pollino National Park, tailored to your pace and preferences. You'll discover wild, unspoiled landscapes and sweeping views stretching from the Tyrrhenian to the Ionian Sea. Together, we will also visit the enchanting seaside town of Maratea—known as the “pearl of the Tyrrhenian”—where crystal-clear waters and dramatic cliffs create a truly magical setting. If you wish, we can even arrange a boat trip to explore the coastline from a unique perspective. To make your stay effortless, all transfers will be comfortably arranged with my personal 9-seater van. This is more than a place to sleep.
