Modern Apartment in Hintonburg

I’m a single man in a modern but cozy 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Hintonburg. I bought it in early 2026, and have been constantly fixing and improving it since! It’s just me living there, no pets. I work remote, but often work from downtown or a coffee shop. I’m usually out and keeping busy, but you can come and go as you please. I can be as helpful as you want, or let you do your own thing entirely. This stay is more on the luxurious side, with your own bedroom and full bathroom, parking spot, access key, and unlimited espresso (snacks and drinks depend on what happens to be in my fridge, but I generally keep it stocked). I just ask that you keep it as neat and tidy as I do!
