- Welcome to my home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these rules:
- 1. Cleanliness
- • My house is always kept clean, and I ask you to maintain the same standard. Please keep your area tidy as you would love to find it.
- 2. Waste Disposal
- • Dispose of organic waste in the designated bin in the kitchen at all times.
- 3. Cleaning Fee
- • A cleaning fee of £60 will be charged if guests do not leave their space in a clean condition.
- 4. Lost Key Policy
- • Losing the key will result in a replacement fee of £300 due to the high cost and time required to replace the key fob. Please keep your key safe throughout your stay.
- 5. Monthly guests are required to pay an additional £78 on top of their rental fees and a fees of £35 if staying more than 12 nights
- 6. Check-In and Check-Out Times
