I live by myself in a two-bedroom unit located in an apartment building. I have an extra bedroom available for guests. I am self-employed with flexible hours. My unit is spacious with high ceilings and a lot of natural light. The apartment is open concept with two bedroom and two bathrooms. The bathroom available for guest is for their primary use but is also the bathroom available for visitors. The unit is modern with a lot of conveniences. There is an in-suite washer and dryer. There is also a wide private balcony to enjoy the outdoors. The location is a perfect balance between quiet and convenience. The building itself is quiet and the area is close to a lot of beautiful green spaces. At the same time, it is a perfect location for students or those who need access to transit. It is close to local campuses both by car and there are excellent transit connections close to the apartment. Bus stops are located right around the corner. The main bus loop in Langley is also just a bus ride away and this bus loop connect to major routes across Metro Vancouver. Nearby Conveniences: The apartment is a walking distance or a very short drive to downtown Langley, Willowbrook Shopping Centre, Riocan Centres and big shops like Safeway, Superstore and No Frills.
