Our home has a really friendly vibe, lovely neighbourhood with a bus stop right outside, so very handy for getting into town. You can walk straight from our house to the woods and countryside in one direction and to town in the other. The house is a 3 bed with a cute garden that catches the sun most of the day in summer. I live here alone, my daughter comes home from uni the odd weekend. I work online from home as a coach and therapist. Please note I ask for a £300 security deposit and will providing a simple written receipt/agreement confirming that I have received this on the date paid as a security/damage deposit, this amount will be returned on the day of check-out once we have checked together that everything is in good condition and there are no issues. There is a washing machine, wifi, free parking

House rulesGuests must be house proud and enjoy living in a clean and tidy environment, wash up and clean away after themselves. They must keep the bathroom clean after using as it's a shared bathroom. No alcohol or smoking. if using the kitchen they must have finished cooking and clearing away by 9pm. Students can cook one meal a day.

- students cannot have friends over unless arranged with me and then only during the day and early evening, if they are in their room.
- I am very sensitive to smells and chemicals so please be aware when using perfumes in shared spaces
- Guests must enjoy living in a quiet and calm space
- Guests are expected to clean their own bedrooms regularly
- in winter months when clothes cant be hung in the garden to dry I suggest guests take their weekly wash to be dried at the launderette, we don't have a dryer.
- I require one months notice of cancellation. One months rent in advance is required to confirm the booking, made via PayPal (friends and family). I also ask for £300 deposit (which I will hold for your stay and return if there are no damages and breakages)
