3 bedroom house near the ski resorts and the beach. My wife and I live in the small village of Montfort Sur Boulzane on the borders of the Pyrennees Oriental and Aude. We live with our two friendly Collies Tilly and Basil and our cat Bushka. We live 10 metres from the bar and restaurant and 50 meters from the bus stop. There are mountain walkes and bike rides from our door. Our large garden with it's furniture and day round sun is available for your use. My wife and I are both young 50 year olds. I am very fit and ride my bikes a lot and we have good mountain bikes for our guests to use. My wife is an excellent cook and can teach her skills to anyone that is interested. For winter activities there are several ski slopes less than an hours drive and the Med' and it's beaches are only an hour away. The bustling maket town of Quillan is 35 minutes away and Perpignon and Carcassonne are both an hours drive from us.
