We live in a delightful country house, surrounded by lakes, woods and hills, available for weekends or longer periods. You can enjoy the cool air, relax and visit typical villages in the Castelli area, surrounded by nature, woods and lakes! The space we make aviable for the accommodation is ideal for 2 people but can sleep up to 4: one bedroom with a double bed; a living room with kitchen and double sofa bed; a bathroom with shower. The house has two entrance. One for me and my family and one for the guest and is located within a 1500 m² garden, for exclusive use of the guest and completely fenced and furnished for the well-being of people and pets, who are allowed and welcome! Upon arrival, you will find towels and sheets at your disposal; WIFI; portable air conditioner; hairdryer; iron; washing machine; microwave oven; electric oven, deep fryer, juice extractor; yoghurt maker, dog pool, outdoor shower with platform and electric and charcoal barbecue; deckchairs, patio, gazebo, small outdoor sitting area with Zen fountain. Main attractions nearby: ROME (from 30 minutes to 1hour by car); RAINBOW MAGICLAND amusement park (30 minutes by car); Bosco del Cerquone-Pantani della Doganella Special Conservation Area (one minute's walk away); Lakes of Nemi (20 minutes by car) and Albano (30 minutes by car); Bike hire and swimming pool 10 minutes away by car; Astronomical observatory (10 minutes by car); Castelli Romani Regional Nature Park (trails accessible on foot or by car from the accommodation); Horsewatching: observation of horses in the wild (on foot from the accommodation) Restaurant and street food near the accommodation. FISE federal equestrian centre open to the public even outside international equestrian events and a real paradise for dog walking: reachable on foot through the woods or in 5 minutes by car.
